AI Lab & Builder Portfolio

FlintLaunch

I find niches that AI hasn't touched yet, build automated pipelines around them, and turn the output into real businesses — solo, from scratch.

Kenneth Brea, California Building in public

AI builder.
Operator. Experimenter.

I'm Kenneth, based in Brea, California. FlintLaunch is my AI lab — where I take ideas from zero to working product as fast as possible.

I build niche automation businesses using AI: content pipelines that run themselves, data tools that surface insights no one else is capturing, and intelligence products for industries that haven't caught up yet.

The goal isn't to build the next unicorn. It's to build a portfolio of profitable, automated businesses — each one small, focused, and earning.

What I'm building

Each project is a real business — scrapers running, AI generating, pipelines automating.

WARN Content Engine

Layoffs are public record. Every day, companies file WARN Act notices with state governments — and almost no one is watching. This pipeline scrapes 5 states daily, runs each filing through AI to generate video scripts, captions, and posts, then queues everything for one-click publishing to Instagram, TikTok, and X.

AI Property Intelligence

Real estate investors spend hours manually reviewing listing photos — looking for red flags, renovation scope, and deal signals. This tool cuts that to seconds. Upload photos, get a structured AI report: room-by-room condition, renovation urgency, investment score, and actionable next steps. Powered by Gemini Vision.

Ship fast. Learn faster.

FlintLaunch isn't a startup. It's an AI lab — a place to experiment, build, break things, and document what actually works.

01

Ship before it's perfect

Real feedback beats imaginary polish. Get it working, get it live, then improve.

02

Automate the boring parts

If a human has to do it daily, it's a pipeline waiting to be built.

03

Niche beats broad

Smaller markets, deeper value, less competition. Own the niche before expanding.

04

Document everything

What worked, what didn't, and why. The log is the product as much as the code.

Got a niche that's
begging for automation?

If you're sitting on a dataset, a workflow, or an industry vertical that AI hasn't gotten to yet — I want to hear about it. I'm also open to partnerships, consulting, and early conversations about problems worth building on.
